CLEVER COOKING³

1 Spice Blend + 1 Ingredient + Oil of Choice


Our approach at GHOST is to simplify the sh*t out of cooking. If you can't throw together a quick side or entree after a hard day at work, there's something seriously wrong. That's why we decided to do our CLEVER COOKING³ Series. 


Below you will find 3 dishes made with only 3 items. These ideas are badass for camping, cooking for big groups, and the all-too-common lazy night. Try them all then formulate your own.


Curried Carrots (V, GF)


1 bunch, Heirloom Carrots

+

3 tbsp. EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

+

3 tbsp. BLURRY CURRY or Madras-Style Curry


Cut top of each Heirloom Carrot. Coat with EVOO and Curry. Cook on medium-high heat in pan for 10-15 minutes. Serve over carrot top garnish.

Roasted Garlic Asparagus (V, GF)


1 bunch, Asparagus

+

3 tbsp. EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

+

3 tbsp. ROASTED GARLIC BLEND


Break bottom of Asparagus stalk. Coat with ROASTED GARLIC and EVOO. Place in oven pan or on foil. Bake @ 400° for 10 minutes. Plate & SMASH.

Citrus Pucker Mahi-Mahi (GF)


1 Filet, Mahi-Mahi

+

3 tbsp. EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

+

1 tbsp. CITRUS PUCKER PEPPER 


Rub Mahi-Mahi with EVOO. Coat with light layer of LEMON PUCKER PEPPER. EVOO pan or foil. Bake @ 375° until fish begins to ooze. Serve with lemon (optional).
